Tia Ansell [bio]

Tia Ansell began her studies for a Bachelor of Fine Arts in 2014 at Massey University in her home city – Wellington. Transferring to the Victorian College of the Arts in Melbourne in 2015 she is now completing her honours year (2018). She has already amassed several awards and scholarships including the National Gallery of Victoria Woman’s Association Award 2017, the Majlis Traveling Scholarship 2017, the John Vickery Scholarship 2017, the Valerie Albiston Scholarship 2015-17 and the National Gallery of Victoria Prize 2014.
